At Beach Camp, we believe that clear communication helps set everyone up for a great experience. That’s why we want to be upfront about our Code of Conduct. This isn’t about being legalistic—it’s about creating a safe, respectful, and Christ-centered environment for every student. We ask that all campers follow the guidelines set by Fort Caswell and Hopewell, so everyone knows what is acceptable and what isn’t. These rules are in place to protect our students, leaders, and the overall camp experience.

When we all do our part, it allows us to focus on what really matters—growing closer to Jesus, building lasting friendships, and making unforgettable memories. In order for your child to attend Beach Camp, this document must be signed. There is a section at the bottom for you to sign digitally, confirming that you’ve reviewed the expectations and discussed them with your student.

Thank you for partnering with us to make Beach Camp a meaningful and memorable week for everyone!
